What Most Patients Say About Sinus Lift Treatment

Allows You to Get Implants When Bone Is Too Thin

A sinus lift adds bone to your upper jaw when there is not enough to support implants.

This is often needed after years of tooth loss or sinus expansion. Without this procedure, implants in the back upper jaw may not be possible.

Restores Facial Balance Over Time

Tooth loss and bone shrinkage in the upper jaw can cause facial sagging or imbalance.

A sinus lift restores lost bone volume, helping to support your facial structure and create a more balanced, youthful appearance when combined with implant-supported teeth.

Improves Dental Implants Success Rates

With more bone height and density, implants have a better chance of bonding securely to the jaw.

A successful sinus lift creates a strong foundation, reducing the risk of implant failure due to poor bone support.

Enables Long-Lasting Implant Solutions

By rebuilding lost bone, a sinus lift makes it possible to receive stable, long-term implant solutions like full arch overdenture bridges or All-on-4 in the upper jaw.

It sets the stage for restorative treatments that last for decades with proper care.

Prevents Upper Implants Complications

Without a sinus lift, implants in the upper jaw risk penetrating into your sinus space.

This can lead to pain, sinus issues, or infection.

The lift raises the sinus membrane and adds space, protecting your sinus and allowing safe implant placement.

Reduces the Need for Removable Dentures

By rebuilding bone in the upper jaw, a sinus lift allows you to choose fixed implant solutions instead of removable dentures.

Many patients prefer this option because it provides greater comfort, better chewing ability, and improved confidence. All without the inconvenience of taking teeth in and out daily.

Sinus Lift Patient Journey at toofus™ Dental

1st Visit: X-rays (OPG)

Most patients who come to toofusDental to find out that they need a sinus lift come in for a dental implant consultation first.

During the dental implant consultation, you will be led to take an X-ray (OPG).

The OPG X-ray helps us determine your suitability for dental implants as well as whether you require a sinus lift.

Key factors that would qualify you for dental implants are strong bone and gum health, with no signs of infection or gum disease.

It also helps your attending dentist see whether there are any other underlying dental conditions you have so that we can better advise you on your oral health and treatment plan.

This also acts as a documentation of your oral health.

toofus™ does not charge for all X-rays (OPG) done at our dental clinic as we believe that X-ray diagnostics help our dentists treat you better.

Can I use Medisave for my sinus lift surgery?

Yes, it is possible to use Medisave for a portion of your sinus lift procedure.

Sinus lift surgery is a surgical procedure and allowed for claims.
