Guided Implant Surgery (Keyhole Implant Surgery)

Perform full-arch or single-site dental implants placement with more accuracy and precision. Improve the success rates of implant placement and decrease implant surgery downtime.

Reduce implant failure and possible implant complications from $350 NETT for single-site guided implant placements and $600 for full-arch guided implants.

Single Site Guided Surgery

$350 per site

A single-site guided surgery is a 3D-planned, digitally guided procedure to place one implant with high accuracy. It ensures that the implant procedure is minimally invasive with a shorter surgical time.

There is no need to cut through the gums (flapless surgery) and ensures faster healing and fewer complications.

Full Arch Guided Surgery

$600 per arch

A full-arch guided surgery is a digitally planned procedure to place multiple implants (usually 4–6) for a full jaw. It is used for All-on-4, All-on-6, or full-arch bridges to ensure ideal implant angulation and support.

In many cases, this minimises the amount of bone grafting required while reducing risk in critical zones such as the sinuses or nerves.

Guided Surgery Experience

What Most Patients Say About Guided Implant Surgery

Higher Implant Placement Accuracy

Guided surgery uses 3D scans and planning software to place implants with exact angulation and depth, reducing the risk of mistakes.

Faster Surgery Time

Because the plan is pre-determined, the procedure is faster and more predictable—saving time for both surgeon and patient.

Avoids Critical Anatomical Structures

It helps avoid critical structures like nerves and sinus cavities, especially in complex or full-arch cases.

Faster Healing Time

Less trauma to tissue means quicker healing, fewer complications, and a faster return to normal function.

Minimally Invasive

Guided surgery is often done flapless (without cutting gums), resulting in less bleeding, swelling, and post-op discomfort.

Better Aesthetic Results

With guided surgery, implants are placed ideally to support natural-looking crowns or bridges, improving the final smile design.

This is especially so in complex full mouth rehabilitation cases or full-arch cases where bone can be limited.

Guided Implant Surgery Patient Journey at toofus™ Dental

1st Visit: X-rays (OPG)

Most patients who come to toofusDental to find out that they need bone grafting done before dental implants come in for a dental implant consultation first.

During the dental implant consultation, you will be led to take an X-ray (OPG).

The OPG X-ray helps us determine your suitability for dental implants as well as whether you require bone grafting or a sinus lift.

Key factors that would qualify you for dental implants are strong bone and gum health, with no signs of infection or gum disease.

It also helps your attending dentist see whether there are any other underlying dental conditions you have so that we can better advise you on your oral health and treatment plan.

This also acts as a documentation of your oral health.

toofus™ does not charge for all X-rays (OPG) done at our dental clinic as we believe that X-ray diagnostics help our dentists treat you better.

Total Treatment Planning Duration

The total treatment planning duration for single-site placements would be around 3 – 5 days, while full-arch placements will take about 7 – 9 days.

Once treatment planning has been done, you will return for your dental implant surgery.
